Project Overview: Working directly alongside Blockswap Labs' CEO and key stakeholders, we led the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for over five distinct products and protocols. From ground zero, we played a central role in designing narratives, acquiring users, forming strategic partnerships, and gaining global recognition.

Challenge: Blockswap Labs was launching into a competitive DeFi and infrastructure space with zero initial liquidity and no prior market traction.
